How to measure your head for a hat
Use a soft fabric tape measure. Wrap it around your head about 1cm above your ears and across your forehead — where a hat would sit. Pull snug but not tight. That's your circumference.
No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark where it overlaps, then measure the string against a ruler.
Tip
If you're between sizes, size up. A snug hat that doesn't fit can't be made bigger, but a slightly large hat can be adjusted with sweatband padding.
